• byalpha.htm :: Proposed encoding of special characters in HTML.

I converted my files to HTML by using several programs:

• t2h -- troff to html
• runoff -- runoff to html
• weblint -- to check files after they were converted
• ascii files were converted by using t2h.
• length -- a program to check for things that t2h misunderstands about ascii files.
