Books on Cartoons and Comic Strips

I collect books on cartoons and comic strips. I have been collecting since 1974. In 1992, I donated a large number (about 1600 volumes) to the Humanities Research Center of the University of Texas at Austin. Those books are listed as UT books .

• Cartoon collections include those from the New Yorker, and it's artists, Wall Street Journal, and others.
• Comic Strips include Doonesbury, Dilbert, FoxTrot, and many others.

• Sorted by Author Code (Last name of the first author).

• Sorted by Topic (For comic strips, this is the comic strip name, to try to group related topics together.)

• Sorted by Shelf Code (This is my own shelf code -- basically topic followed by year.)
